The interview process is conducted by our experienced Qualified Training Manager who has over 25 years’ experience working within Education. At this point we identify areas of improvement and work closely with every candidate to develop.
We are passionate about giving back to our local schools providing the best quality service. We feel that as a local agency we do not need to make obscene amounts of money and over charge our local schools, we feel offering a competitive margin rewards all parties and builds longer term relationships. We would rather place 5 candidates with you at a reduced margin than place 1 and you never work with us again.

We also offer a local consultant who is passionate about offering the best solution for your school. Our consultants understand in some cases the perfect candidate may not be immediately available for your school.
